If for some reason you decide you do not want an item purchased from Commonn we can offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us at info@commonn.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for refund within 14 days of receipt of your order then send to :

Please read the guidelines below before sending your package back to us:

Terms and Guidelines

The item must be received back within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, unwashed and complete with all original tags still attached and in original and resalable condition.

*Please note - Items returned after 7 days of you receiving the item will have £5 deducted from the refund to cover our costs of postage.

*All returns must be well packaged to avoid damage including the box. 

*To protect yourselves we advise using postage with tracking and insurance. Commonn will not accept responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of the return shipping of the items

*If returning an item from outside of the UK, please mark the item 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any custom charges. COMMONN is not responsible for any return custom charges made.

Note:When trying clothes on, please ensure you are not wearing any perfume/ aftershave or a deodorant which may leave marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the item back where this has not been followed.

Legal

General These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between Commonn and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Prices

The total price payable will be stated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. All prices are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges (free within the UK) which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.

Order Processing & Delivery

Your order is sent directly to our secure till in our shop for processing. Once we have received your order and payment we will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to do this the same day but please allow 1-2 working days delivery time for orders within the UK, 2-3 days for all Ireland and European orders and 2-5 days for all other Worldwide deliveries. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.

If for some reason a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed we will contact you, apologise for our error and offer you a full refund or exchange.

Security

We use the industry leading internet payment company Sage Pay to protect your card details and protect us from fraud.

No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sage Pay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Your transaction information and customer card information is fully secure as our systems never display the full card numbers.

Privacy Policy

Commonn is committed to protecting your privacy. All transactions that you initiate with Commonn on this web site are confidential. Your name or personal information will not be passed on to third parties or added to any mailing lists.

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998, we have a duty to protect any information we collect from you. It will not be disclosed to any other organisation unless you give explicit permission, or there is a legal obligation to do so. We collect information about you for two main reasons: To process your online order and to provide you with the most efficient possible service.

If you choose to sign up to our mailing list we will keep in touch and let you know of any product updates and general Commonn news. You can of course unsubscribe at any time.
